The staff was super friendly, and breakfast was abundant. We explored amazing places like Ibla and the beautiful cathedral. A bonus was the late check-out, letting us enjoy the pool at the nearby hotel until we left.
The shower cubicle was really small, making it hard to move around comfortably.

The property was nicely decorated and modern and we had a very nice stay. Its location was great, short walk to a new nearby restaurant, the shopping area of the new town and hill into the historic centre, which is a leisurely 20-minute walk. Bar The Darwin located 1 km away was a nice surprise. The provided service was very good.

What a disappointment. The room was directly outside the bar, so hello 7am wake-up calls! Not to mention the half-eaten cookies in the mini bar, how charming. I would've thought, as a solo traveler, a simple upgrade or complimentary gift would be standard, but apparently that's too much to ask. Disappointing!

It is marked that the hotel has parking however no parking is avaialble and it is quite difficult to park in the area

It's a fairly long walk into Ragusa Ibla (the "old" town).
